About Jayne

My purpose is to help my clients lead more gratifying, creative, and accomplished lives. I am also grateful to be a fulfilled wife and parent. I graduated from NYU School of Social Work in 1985 in the top ten percent of my class. Both personally and professionally, I bring continuous dedication, passion, and care toward everything that I do.

I work with adult individuals and couples, ages 22 to 65+. I have worked in mental health clinics, social rehabilitation, and private practice spanning 35 years. I’ve worked with graduates embarking on their journey and professional adults in many fields such as photography, marketing, public relations, banking, information technology, education, hospitality, and the creative and performing arts.

I have an eclectic approach to working with my clients. I have found that using a flexible and strategic mindset in applying a variety of therapeutic techniques is most helpful in bringing to each client what they need most. I believe my knowledge, life experiences, and intuition are what make me a unique clinician. My approach to the therapeutic process can help you to find and develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal fulfillment.
